I’m very happy with the water & delivery service. I had a glitch with the water dripping from the front of the ceramic holder where the tap is. I had to pour water into various containers to attend to the problem. In hindsight I should have tried it out with tap water first.
I sent a couple of messages to the online chat which notified me that I would receive an email when someone responds. After a couple of weeks I’ve still not had a reply.
I’m sure the issue was a result human error on my part but it would have been good to confirm with someone what was going wrong. I have since tightened the nut so I think it’s all good.
In summary, I’m really happy with the water quality (great tasting) & service. Will continue to get my water here.
