Faulty Returns

On the slight chance that you do not receive your purchase in perfect condition due to a manufactured fault or you feel that the item is significantly different from the image and description displayed online, please email us at info@pureflowwater.au immediately before returning the item back to us with a description and image of the fault/discrepancy.

Once approved, we will then be able to cover the return postage cost and issue you with a prepaid postage slip (applicable to only Australian orders within 14 days of the purchase date). 

Refunds

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, PURE FLOW is not required to provide a refund for change of mind returns. For example, should you make the wrong selection, need a different size/color or change your mind, within compliance with Consumer Rights PURE FLOW is not obligated to offer a refund.

If there is a major fault with the style you've purchased, we will offer to replace it where available. If we cannot replace the style, we will offer a gift voucher or refund. All claims for faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at the discretion of PURE FLOW.
